This part of South Australia is famed for its spectacular and diverse coastal scenery. From rugged cliffs to white sandy beaches and massive sand dunes to rock pools, you won’t be able to put your camera away. Visit Lincoln National Park which with its vast sand dunes, rugged offshore islands and secluded white sandy beaches, features some of the most scenic coastlines in South Australia. Do the 14 km scenic drive along Whalers Way, also learning about the history of the region.

Not only will you be seeing the region you’ll be tasting it with Port Lincoln renowned as the seafood capital of Australia with the seafood from these waters some of the most sought-after in the world. On our Port Lincoln day tour ‘Tasting Eyre‘, we’ll give you a chance to taste the produce from the ocean to the vineyards, also stopping at picturesque Boston Bay Winery.

Lovers of wildlife will be thrilled by the koalas at Mikkira Station and abundant native wildlife such as kangaroos, emus and bird life. If you’re lucky, you may even see some seals and sea lions sunbathing on the rocks at Cape Wiles.

You will be picked up from your Port Lincoln accommodation between at 7.30am - 8. 00 am by prior arrangement.

Once everyone is on board start our day heading to Lincoln National Park, which features some of the most scenic coastline in South Australia.
Sleaford Bay

Visit Wanna for great views over Sleaford Bay where you'll spot abundant native bird life including wedgetail eagles and colourful rock parrots along the cliff top. Keep an eye on the water below as in the winter months you may be lucky enough to spot some migrating whales.
Stamford Hill
Stamford Hill
Visit Stamford Hill picnic ground on the other side of the park for morning tea and beautiful views across the harbour. Take your shoes off for a stroll along Surfleet Beach before a 14-kilometre scenic coastal drive along Whalers Way to see breathtaking coastline and abundant native wildlife such as emus and kangaroos, who call the sanctuary area home.

The next stop is always a highlight, meeting the friendly koalas at Mikkira Station. At the only wild koala colony on the Eyre Peninsula, you’ll be able to take that perfect photo as they eat the leaves off the many Manna Gum trees.

Lunch will be mouth watering fresh seafood at the award winning Fresh Fish Place followed by a stroll around Port Lincoln Marina and foreshore to learn about the extraordinary range of both commercial and private fishing vessels.

ump back on the bus to Billy Lights Point for a different aspect of the harbour on the way to Boston Bay Winery for produce tastings and picture-perfect views over Boston Bay.
Glen Forest Wildlife Park

At Glen Forest Tourist Park you’ll have the opportunity to get up close and personal to kangaroos, parrots and other wildlife. Here we'll grab a coffee and do some more wine tasting.
