Fully trained and passionate local guides will share with your stories and interesting facts about Uluru, it’s culture, history, geology and flora and fauna. The Segways are quiet with wide tyres for low impact, making your journey around Uluru peaceful and environmentally friendly. Segways are easy to ride and lots of fun, we promise you’ll be hooked in no time.

As you cruise the base of Uluru you’ll get up close and personal with the picturesque landscape, learn about flora, fauna, geology, ancient Aboriginal culture, and the history that is Uluru. Immerse yourself in the outback landscape that Central Australia is famous for. With multiple tour departures daily you can cruise with, experience Uluru…. differently and not even break a sweat.

After a short drive to Uluru, you’ll begin the afternoon exploring the famous Mutitjulu waterhole on foot, marvel at Uluru’s incredible beauty. After this, it’s time for Segway Training. Once you’re comfortable and confident on your Segway we’ll begin our journey around one-quarter of the base of Uluru on our Segways.

We’ll cruise effortlessly around some of the most scenic parts of Uluru. After a photo stop and a chance to feel the wind in our hair and on our faces, we’ll dismount from our Segway and explore Uluru’s incredible Mala Walk on foot. The Mala Walk is home to ancient Aboriginal Rock Art and awe-striking caves that you can explore and learn all about the rich culture and geology that are quintessential to Uluru.

As the sun lowers on the horizon it’s time to slow down and enjoy an intimate sunset viewing experience right at the base of Uluru. Whilst watching the sun go down we’ll set up a picnic of nibbles and sparkling wine. After sunset, it’s time to return to the Ayers Rock Resort, say goodbye and relax into the evening.

IMPORTANT: The tour does not include National Park fees ($25 per adult and $12.50 per child), these are payable on the day. Riders must be between 45-117kg.(100lb–258lb) only. Min. Age - 12yrs old. Recommended for people within the age of 12 to 55yrs. Pregnant women are not allowed.
