Swim in the spectacular, yet secluded freshwater creeks and visit the wondrous white sands of Moon Point, learning about this pristine natural environment from our eco-accredited crew. These sheltered waters are also home to six identified species of sea turtle, including the endangered green sea turtle, and the vulnerable loggerhead turtle that utilises the vast seagrass beds for their feeding grounds, nesting on the north-eastern side of the island. Frequent dolphin sightings also occur in the region, with 9 species recorded, including the most widely recognised, bottle-nosed dolphin.
