Yacht charter broking is a specialised sales role helping customers find, compare and book:

• Fully crewed superyacht holidays (captain, chef, hostess, deckhand),
• Bareboat (self sail) holiday charters (5+ nights), and
• Day luxury boat based events (weddings, Riverfire, New Years Eve, day cruises and 4 hour corporate Christmas cocktail cruises).

You don’t need to know the product already and full training will be provided, as long as you have refined sales skills, we can teach the rest!The successful candidate will ideally have:

• 5+years sales experience and
• Outcomes driven
• A high level of computer skills
• Obsessive attention to detail
• A high level of English language skills and impeccable phone manner
• Passion for travel and creating amazing experiences

Skills that are an advantage:

• Sailing/luxury yachting background (crewing, skippering, personal interest etc)
• Sales experience to high net-worth clients
