AdventureFree is an Online Tour Desk (booking agency) and we are looking to find our next team member to help convert inbound enquiries into happy customers.

At AdventureFree we want to provide our customers with the best and most concise information and comparison tools to help them choose the best Fraser Island Tours, Great Barrier Reef Tours, Outback Tours, Whale Watching Tours and Boat Charters

We have great systems and processes, making it an easy to learn process and easy to process bookings, issue tickets, process payments, just need people who love to help customers choose!

We have 2 positions available:

• Full time - 40 hours per week on rotating roster.
• Casual/Part Time - Saturdays & Sundays primarily, plus more hours during the week - hours tailored to the candidate.

The ideal candidate will have experience from the following backgrounds:

• Travel Agency Sales (call centre of phone based is great but not essential)
• Call Centre Sales Agent or Customer Service (inbound leads - cold calling isn’t something we do!)
• Worked for the reservations department of a Tour Operator or Tour Desk?

Required Skills:

• Sales background - doesn’t have to be phone based.
• High Level of Computer Skills
• High Level of English Language Skills and impeccable phone manner

Skills that are an advantage:

• Guided Tour Sales Experience and Product Knowledge – or Travel Agency experience
• Other High Volume Inbound Sales Reservations Experience
